These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", "Account Holder") and cz888 (hereinafter "cz888", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at cz888.bio and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the cz888 Platform, creating a cz888 account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any gaming activity offered through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its terms, and that you agree to be bound by it without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the cz888 Platform and must not create or access a cz888 account.

This Agreement is presented in English. While cz888 serves the Pakistani market and its support team communicates in both English and Urdu, the English language version of these Terms constitutes the definitive, legally binding text. In the event of any discrepancy between this English version and any translation or paraphrase, the English text shall prevail in all circumstances.

Access to the cz888 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception. cz888 does not negotiate, vary, or waive these requirements on any grounds:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an active cz888 account. cz888 strictly enforces its 21+ minimum age requirement.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you personally. It is your responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be subject to self-exclusion, a court order, a regulatory direction, or any other restriction that prohibits you from participating in online gaming.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
• You must be a human individual acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-individual legal persons may not hold cz888 accounts.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of cz888 or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment processors.

Each individual is entitled to hold precisely one cz888 account. The registration of multiple accounts — whether in the same name or using different personal details, mobile numbers, payment channels, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. cz888 employs automated detection systems designed to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, cz888 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bonus credits, and withhold any balances pending investigation under Section 7 of this Agreement.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested by cz888 for the purposes of identity verification and regulatory compliance. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information and to notify cz888 promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cz888 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. cz888 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or SMS. Any bet placed, deposit made, or withdrawal requested through your cz888 account is deemed to have been made by you personally, regardless of whether you authorised the action, unless you have previously reported a security breach to cz888 support in writing.

cz888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account at any time, including requesting copies of government-issued identity documents, proof of address, proof of source of funds, or proof of ownership of payment methods. Failure to cooperate with a due diligence request within 14 calendar days may result in temporary or permanent suspension of withdrawal privileges pending resolution.

cz888 accepts deposits exclusively via approved Pakistani payment channels, which currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, MCB, Allied Bank, NayaPay, and SadaPay. The list of accepted channels is subject to change and the current list is always displayed in the Platform cashier. All transactions on the cz888 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to payment channels that have previously been used to make a deposit into the same cz888 account. This restriction is a standard anti-money-laundering control and applies universally without exception. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment channel.

cz888 targets withdrawal processing times of under 15 minutes for e-wallet channels (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) under normal operational conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing cycle. cz888 does not impose withdrawal fees but players should verify whether their payment provider applies charges on their end.

cz888 reserves the right to request documentary proof before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to identity verification, proof of payment channel ownership, or source of funds declarations. This is a standard obligation under our international gaming licence and is not a reflection of suspicion of wrongdoing by the player.

cz888 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, PSL season promotions, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion documentation states otherwise:

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion documentation.
• During active bonus wagering, a maximum single bet restriction applies. Placing bets exceeding this limit during bonus play constitutes misuse and will result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game contribution weightings apply to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering; live table games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or zero. Specific weightings are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus offers are intended for recreational players only. Players who demonstrate consistent patterns of low-margin or promotional arbitrage betting may be excluded from bonus eligibility at cz888's discretion.
• cz888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. This right will not be exercised in a manner that disadvantages players who are already in the process of satisfying a wagering requirement in good faith.
• Players may opt out of bonus programmes and choose to receive no bonus funds by contacting cz888 support. In this case, deposit match bonuses will not be applied automatically, though the player remains responsible for requesting this opt-out proactively.

All sportsbook bets placed on the cz888 Platform, including cricket markets, PSL match betting, UFC odds, and all other sports offered, are governed by the cz888 Sportsbook Rules in addition to these General Terms. The Sportsbook Rules address settlement procedures, void bet conditions, overtime and abandonment policies, and dispute resolution for betting markets. In the event of conflict between the Sportsbook Rules and these General Terms, the General Terms shall take precedence unless the Sportsbook Rules expressly state otherwise.

Casino games, including live dealer tables, slot machines, and arcade games offered on the cz888 Platform, are governed by the individual game rules displayed within the game interface in addition to these Terms. By launching a game, you accept the rules applicable to that specific game title. cz888 does not make the rules of third-party software providers; game rules are set by the software provider and certified by independent testing laboratories.

cz888 reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle bets differently from the displayed result in circumstances where technical errors, data feed failures, price feed inaccuracies, or fraudulent manipulation of outcomes are detected. cz888 will notify affected players within 72 hours of voiding any settled bet and will credit any net financial impact to the affected account where applicable.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cz888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and grants cz888 the right to immediately terminate the account, void all associated bets and bonuses, and withhold any balance pending investigation:

• Registering or using a cz888 account while under the age of 21.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during the registration process or during any cz888 due diligence procedure.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets, access game outcomes before they are presented to the player, or perform any action on the Platform that a human player could not perform manually and in real time.
• Engaging in match fixing, collusion with other players, arbitrage betting, or any form of coordinated activity designed to guarantee profit regardless of game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform to generate profit.
• Using the cz888 Platform to facilitate, process, or disguise the proceeds of any criminal activity, including but not limited to money laundering.
• Transferring cz888 account balances, logins, or identities to another person, whether for commercial gain or as a personal arrangement.
• Operating a cz888 account on behalf of another person, whether as an agent, trustee, or in any other capacity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of the cz888 Platform.

All content on the cz888 Platform — including but not limited to the cz888 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, audio, video, game artwork, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of cz888 or its duly licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cz888 Platform strictly for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the cz888 Platform without prior written authorisation from cz888. Unauthorised use of cz888 intellectual property may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cz888's aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cz888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from a player's use of, or inability to use, the Platform, regardless of whether cz888 was advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies to, but is not limited to, loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, and service interruption.

cz888 provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. While cz888 exercises reasonable care to ensure the Platform is available and functions correctly, we do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities at all times. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may affect Platform availability, during which time cz888 will not be liable for any resulting inability to place bets or access account funds.

cz888 operates under an international gaming licence that requires us to maintain active, accessible, and effective player protection measures. We take this obligation seriously. The following player protection tools are available to all registered cz888 account holders and may be activated at any time without charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit thresholds. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss amounts over defined periods. Loss limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require the same 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Notifications: Receive alerts at regular intervals reminding you of how long you have been actively gaming in the current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which no deposits or bets may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the cz888 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once active, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

cz888 will never attempt to dissuade a player from activating any responsible gaming tool, including self-exclusion. cz888's collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

In summary, cz888 collects personal data for the purposes of account registration, identity verification, regulatory compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and responsible gaming monitoring. cz888 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers who require it to perform contracted services (such as payment processors and identity verification providers) and with regulatory authorities where legally required. You may request closure of your cz888 account at any time by contacting cz888 support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be paid to your verified withdrawal channel within 5 business days, provided all outstanding wagering requirements have been met and no compliance review is pending. Bonus balances that have not yet satisfied their wagering requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

cz888 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any cz888 account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms is identified or suspected; (b) a regulatory or law enforcement authority directs us to do so; (c) the player is found to have provided false registration information; (d) the account shows patterns consistent with money laundering, fraud, or prohibited activity; or (e) the player has been self-excluded and attempts to circumvent the exclusion by opening a new account.

In the event of any dispute between you and cz888 arising from the use of the Platform, the following resolution procedure applies:

• A. Initial Contact: You must first submit your complaint in writing to cz888 customer support, providing full details of the dispute, the relevant account information, and any supporting documentation. cz888 aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.
• B. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response from cz888 support, you may escalate the complaint to a designated senior case reviewer by stating your wish to escalate in your follow-up communication. Escalated complaints are reviewed within 10 business days.
• C. External Resolution: If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, you may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by cz888's licensing authority as detailed in our licence documentation.

cz888 does not accept disputes submitted more than 30 calendar days after the event giving rise to the dispute. Time-barred disputes will not be investigated. Players should raise issues promptly to preserve their right to dispute resolution.

cz888 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via notification to the mobile number or email address on file, or by prominent display within the Platform, no less than 7 days before the amended Terms come into force.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 12 above prior to the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the cz888 Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those revised Terms without reservation.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cz888 holds its international gaming licence.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral tribunals as designated by cz888's licensing framework for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms. Nothing in this clause shall limit cz888's right to seek emergency injunctive relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the invalid provision had not been included.
